Based on centuries old Japanese methods of distillation, Sato Shiki is made in the world’s only Sato Still, designed by the 4th generation master distiller at the Sato Distillery. Aged for 35 years in a combination of casks from American white oak, Spanish (sherry) oak and Limousin (Cognac) oak, delivering a uniquely smooth, full-bodied taste.
