Ingredients
2 oz. Sato Shiki Single Malt Whisky
½ oz. Honey syrup (1:1 honey and water)
½ oz. Lemon juice
¼ oz. Matcha tea powder
Top with Club soda
Lemon wheel for garnish
Directions
Add ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a highball glass with ice. Garnish with lemon wheel and serve.
ジャパニーズサワー
Ingredients
2 oz. Sato Shiki Single Malt Whisky
¾ oz. Fresh lemon juice
½ oz. Simple syrup (or honey syrup)
½ oz. Yuzu juic
½ oz. Egg white (optional)
Garnish with drops of Angostura Bitters
Directions
If using egg white, add into shaker with lemon juice and dry shake. If not, add all ingredients into cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a coupe glass. Add 2-3 drops of Angostura Bitters and serve.
